I don’t know about you, but one of my biggest working from home challenges is trying to stop snacking all day long. My favorite Arbonne easy iced coffee protein shake recipe keeps me full all morning AND out of the snacks too!
During the ‘rona crazy of 2020, I discovered Arbonne. And I loved it!
As a busy working mom, I was putting my own nutrition and health last, sound familiar?
When my daughter finally went back to school I decided it was time to give myself a little attention.
After talking with a couple friends, I realized a 30 day detox to reset my eating habits was the perfect place to start.
And I’m so glad I did!
Since adding Arbonne’s shakes to my life I’ve not only lost weight but my mood has dramatically improved.
Last fall Arbonne released a couple new flavors of protein powder, Pumpkin Spice and Coffee. I immediately ordered the coffee protein powder.
Coffee Protein Powder
During my Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living program I gave up coffee.
And surprisingly, I don’t even miss it.
But some days I miss a Frappuccino.
This coffee protein powder solves that AND keeps me full all morning.
If you are looking for an iced coffee protein powder I encourage you to give this recipe a try!
How to Make an Easy Iced Coffee Protein Shake
Step 1. Pull out your blender, Almond Milk, Almond Butter and Cinnamon.
Step. 2 Add a cup of unsweetened almond milk to the blender followed by 2 scoops of Arbonee’s Coffee Protein Powder, 1 tablespoon of almond butter and a couple dashes of cinnamon. (I use 3 or 4 dashes.)
Step 3. Add a handful of ice and blend. Somedays I skip the ice altogether.
Recipe Alternatives and Notes
If you like you Mocha or Chocolate Iced Coffee you can use chocolate flavored almond milk.
Leave out the ice for a smoother less cold (especially on cold mornings!) morning drink.
Avocado in place of the Almond Butter works great too!
If almond milk isn’t your thing or if there’s a tree nut allergy in your home you can totally use coconut milk in this easy iced coffee protein shake recipe instead.
Really like the taste of cinnamon in your coffee? Add a couple more dashes of cinnamon.
This coffee protein powder has a mild, not strong coffee flavor, so to keep the coffee taste I don’t add a lot of extras to this recipe.
Easy Iced Coffee Protein Shake Recipe
8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
2 Scoops Arbonne Coffee Protein Powder
3 Dashes of Cinnamon*
Handful of Ice
….and Blend
* I think the addition of cinnamon makes the flavor deeper but its completely optional.
Conclusion
Arbonne’s coffee protein shake powder is the perfect way to start the day.
The great taste combined with all the good stuff that’s in it will keep you filled up.
I love that it keeps me out of the snacks and helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle.
