What Is the Noom Diet Plan
You might still be wondering what exactly is the Noom Diet Plan?
The Noom Diet Plan is an app on your phone that teaches you how to change your food and eating habits.
Noom does this through short daily lessons, through assigning a coach to you and by matching you with a group of other people with similar food struggles to share the journey with.
And because at its core this is a diet plan, they also help you find the right number of calories your body needs to lose the weight.

I found their algorithm, based on their many years of habit and nutrition research combined with their vast amount of user data, to be crazy accurate.
They pinpointed my biggest food hurdles perfectly with their daily lessons. Then the group I was matched with was filled with people working through the same food issues as me.
The Noom group has a coach who asks questions and challenges you to implement the lessons you are learning. You don’t have to use your full name in the group or even participate if an online group makes you uncomfortable but I’m really glad I did.
One of my favorite parts of Noom was my personal coach.
She worked with me to find better food choices and coached me through the emotional ups and downs of letting go of old food habits while I adopted much better new ones.
